EQUALIZER WOMEN'S SELF DEFENSE
PROGRAM



Cindy Rohrscheib of the Cullman Police
Department is the D.A.R.E. / School Resource
officer in Cullman County. She will be teaching
the Equalizer Women's Self Defense Program at
Journey Church in Eva in two class sessions on
April 13th and 20th from 3 pm to 5 pm. The class
is for girls and women only
ages 12 and up.

Cindy will be teaching Phase I and II of this
program. It covers striking techniques, how to
hit, how to get out of basic grabs like wrist
grabs and chokes, blocking, protecting the face
and knife defense.

You must be able to commit to attend both classes.
She needs at least 10 students to register.
